"Hi Steve, I just wanted to check in concerning one of your recent Auction School graduates.
We had one of your graduates to take the oral examination today at the West Virginia Department of Agriculture.
I cannot remember the name, but we had a conversation about your school with graduate. He did great and was very well prepared for questions about;
The UCC, Real Estate, Contracts, Sales tax, Firearms.
He spoke very highly of you and my friend Ron Kirby, and the rest of your faculty.
Please keep up the good work!
"

"Cody Howell of Hodgenville, KY has had his eye on winning the coveted FFA Kentucky State Auctioneering Championship for a long time. Just last year, good friend and fellow Kentucky Auction Academy graduate Alex Popplewell, won the title and proudly displays the championship belt buckle every time he can. Now, the two good friends have 'matching' trophies they can wear with their best pair of jeans and their blue corduroy jackets with the familiar FFA gold embroidery. The timing couldn't have been better for Howell who graduated with several others from the Kentucky Auction Academy in Bowling Green, KY. During the 8 day course, Cody received 80 hours of auctioneering instruction including 3 solid days of learning what is known as the structured chant; a three part bid calling chant taught by World Champion Auctioneer, Neal Davis. Within one week of graduating, Cody took home one of the state's highest auctioneering honors. Cody says the structured chant made it all possible and credits the Kentucky Auction Academy with honing the skills and talent that were already present in his bid calling abilities. Cody skillfully blended his own unique style, personality and technique with the structured chant and walked away (or should we say talked away) with the championship. The Kentucky Auction Academy has trained numerous auctioneers from all over the United States and Cody's accomplishments are paralleled by other graduates of the prestigious school for auctioneers. Congratulations to Cody and to all of his worthy contestants in the championship competition. It is a foregone conclusion that Cody will be an excellent representative of the auction industry and the Future Farmers of America for the 2011 calendar year and for many years to come. "

"Kentucky Auction Academy is in a category of their own when it comes to auction schools. Having attended another school in Kentucky for my apprenticeship course hours, I can now compare and say that there is no comparison! The instruction I received in both lecture and bid calling were top notch. Steve Henry and Steve Cherry are knowledgeable, engaging and most importantly operate from a true place of kindness that points to their faith-filled character. I have complete confidence in my future as an auctioneer because of the training I received at Kentucky Auction Academy and also know that Steve and Steve will always be a phone call away for anything I might need!"
